Working in the online environment, Deidre's services include, and are not limited to: 1. IN-SCHOOL WORKSHOPS - short and snappy, or over a 4 week period. 2. LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS - adapted to bespoke needs, short-term or with the ability to practise/implement over a longer period. 3. UNDERSTANDING SCHOOL FINANCES - combination of asynchronous and synchronous over a 4 week period. 4. ORGANISATIONAL COACHING FOR SCHOOLS AND INDIVIDUALS - development of systems/structures as well as skills, together with coaching services for individuals. 5. AUDITS - Home-School Communications and Curriculum DF Education works with teaching and non-teaching staff, school leaders, governing boards as well as students and parents in schools.
